Ingredients:
- 500g Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken (stripped and torn/chopped into bite-sized bits)
- 40g Packet of Rocket or Baby Spinach
- 180g Fresh Basil Pesto Dressing or Plain Basil Pesto (for vegans, use pesto and mix with your favourite vegan mayo to create a similar dressing)
- 8 Small(ish) Brown Seeded Rolls (or any rolls you prefer)
- 200g Mini Rosa Tomatoes (or any baby tomatoes)
- Mayo (I’m currently loving the B-well Canola, but any mayo you love will do)
