With over a decade of experience in leadership roles within digital and communications, Claudia’s background includes roles such as Head of Digital at a corporate telecommunications company and Business Unit Director at one of the top advertising agencies in the country. Throughout her career, Claudia has been passionate about building high-performance teams and empowering others to succeed.

It was through this corporate experience, combined with the personal journey of motherhood, that Claudia realized the need for a more supportive approach to navigating life’s toughest transitions. This led her to create Heimes Growth Studio, where she now coaches moms and young women through the challenges of balancing family, career, and personal growth.

Claudia’s coaching approach is rooted in empathy, strategy, and hands-on experience. She draws from her extensive background in business and digital leadership to help individuals overcome obstacles, gain clarity, and reach their fullest potential.
